Elder Care Ministry

Started in 2018, the Elder Care Ministry does outreach to our senior parishioners 75 years and older, who may find themselves unable to continue with regular participation at Church. This ministry allows us, upon request, to schedule daily and weekly visitations that offer prayerful support and reception of the Eucharist in their homes. This helps them stay connected and keeps them in full communion with us as a parish family in faith. If you know of anyone in this age group who would benefit fromour ministry, please reach out.
