Kevin Hoener JA class of 2006:
Kevin is currently an Aerospace Engineer living in Florida with his wife Stephanie. After J&A he attended DeSmet Jesuit High School and then went on to attend college at Missouri Science & Technology. He was married in Ft Myers Florida this past January at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church.
Scott Hoener JA class of 2008:
Scott is ready to begin his final year of Medical School at St. Louis University. Scott is an Officer in the United States Navy. After JA Scott attended DeSmet Jesuit High School then SLU. Scott is engaged to be married to his fiancé Antonia in 2020 at SLU College Church.
Erin Hoener JA class of 2013:
After J&A, Erin attended Incarnate Word Academy. She is now ready to begin her Junior year at Manhattan College in NYC. Erin received an NCAA Division 1 full ride athletic scholarship for volleyball. Erin is a Middle Blocker and has earned accolades for her performances since she began. Erin was just placed on the Deans List at the O’Malley School of Business at Manhattan. She is pursuing a degree in Marketing and is interning this summer in St. Louis!
Kevin says that his fondest memory of J&A was Olympic Day every year. He also shared,
“J&A prepared me to have a good work ethic which has carried over through all of my schooling.”
Scott also says that Olympic Day was one of his favorite memories, but he also recalls Grandparents Day and Mr. Tremonts AP Literature course on To Kill A Mockingbird. He also remembers his wonderful kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Manuel who we all know and love!! He credits her for helping to form the foundation for the person he would ultimately become!

Erin says her fondest memory of J&A was being part of so many sports teams which sparked her passion for volleyball.
Erin shared, “J&A prepared me for the future by giving me a solid faith base that has stuck with me through high school and college.”
Their mom Jackie says she’s very proud of her kids accomplishments but she is most proud that all three of them still go to mass every week and are very active in their Catholic faith!
