As we begin Catholic Schools Week, we wanted to share a story of faith, friendship and community between the Rau and Magill families.

My husband Bryan and I have been members of this parish for 13 years.

We get pretty excited when we get to catch up with one J&A alum, but when we heard two former flames were engaged we were thrilled to see what they have been up to since graduation.

What an unprecedented time our school family is living these days. There are so many fun things that we realize we would be doing if we could be together such as celebrating Sacraments, milestone occasions or even everyday school events.

All 3 Hoener kids attended J&A school from Junior Kindergarten through 8th grade! They all have amazing memories to share but first let’s start with where they are today!

Schools through the St. Louis area were invited to compete in the Robotic Jamboree at SLUH High School.

Eight students representing Sts. Joachim and Ann Catholic School in St. Charles, Missouri successfully competed in the Academic Bowl hosted by Saint Dominic High School in O’Fallon on Tuesday, March 26, 2019.

Sts. Joachim and Ann participated in the recent Regional Science Fair at Francis Howell North High School where we had 2 big winners! Kate Mikkelsen placed 1st for all 7th graders in the Biology Division and Ian Kladiva placed 1st among all 1st graders in the Environmental Science Division!

The students of Saints Joachim and Ann Catholic School in St. Charles, MO burst through their original $5,000 goal and raised a total of $8,020 for the American Heart Association through the 2019 Kid’s Heart Health Challenge.

Students at Saints Joachim and Ann can grow nutritious plants inside their very own classroom.

Students from Sts. Joachim and Ann Catholic school assembled 600 sandwiches for the St. Patrick Center to feed the homeless.

On Tuesday, December 18, Amanda Gougheour, the 5th grade teacher at Sts. Joachim and Ann Catholic School was awarded a $2,500 grant from Farmers’ insurance.

Students in all grade levels will be able to learn from the Tower Garden.
